Have questions about meal plans, dining locations, allergens? Stop by our Dining 101 session! We will be giving a 30 minute presentation all about dining here, with a 15 minute Q&A session at the end. Check Student Life's Summer Orientation program for more details.

Summer Orientation 

  • Do Meal Swipes and Dining Dollars expire?

    Meal Swipes for each week expire Saturday at midnight and do not carry over from week to week. All unused Dining Dollars expire at the end of each semester.

  • Where can I use Meal Swipes?

    If you purchase any dining plan, you are eligible to use meal swipes at The Marketplace  as well as the Grizzly Cafe during Meal Equivalency Hours.

  • How do you support allergens or special dietary needs?

    We understand the diverse needs and preferences of our campus community and are committed to offering a variety of delicious and filling options for everyone, regardless of unique dietary restrictions. In addition to our beloved Inspired Eats station featuring menus free of the top 9 food allergens, many of our stations offer customizations to adapt your dining experience to your personal needs, and all items are labeled with our allergen and dietary lifestyle icons. Our team will work with you to ensure incredible food experiences.

  • Am I required to have a meal plan?

    Meal plans are required for all students living on campus including Greek housing residents. Commuter students are not required to have a plan but are welcome to choose one that fits their needs. Visit our Meal Plans page to explore your options.

  • What if I want to change my meal plan?

    Meal plans can be changed up to the last day to add/drop classes each semester.

  • Does Parkhurst Dining operate during breaks?

    Yes, we are open during select breaks and holidays, including Fall Break, Labor Day, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, and Easter Supper. Hours and availability may vary so be sure to check our website or social media for the most up-to-date information on dining schedules.

  • How can I check my Dining Dollars balance or add more?

    Download the "Transact eAccounts" app to check balances.

  • DINING HALL HOURS?

    The dining halls have extensive hours to accommadate students, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night options available.
